Currently, there is no cost to being recognized as a Recognized Scrum Guide.

• To maintain your Guide-level membership, you must continue to deliver courses that induct students into the Recognized Scrum Membership.
• To maintain your Guide-level membership, you must contribute to the professional practice of the members of the Scrum Guide Organization in some substantive manner.
  • Host events for Scrum Guide Organization members to share experience, knowledge, and learning with one another.

A Recognized Scrum Guide (RSG) who has joined the contributing and voting community of the SGO. RMGs are recognized practitioners who apply Scrum professionally and support others in improving their practice. They help maintain alignment with the Scrum Manifesto through participation in panels, committees, and community work. RSG 

RSGs hold a lifetime, no-renewal fee credential that affirms both professional proficiency and community participation. They gain a direct voice in governance and standards, early access to working groups, and recognition for contributing to a transparent, practitioner-led organization focused on real-world Scrum.
